Brookside Builders LLC was established in 2021, when two buddy’s decided to join forces and take on the housing market in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Tim Martin and Tim Nadeau, yes, that’s 2 Tim’s, both bring many years of experience to the table.

Tim Martin cut his teeth in the building trades shortly after high school. Working several years for other contractors, Tim Martin had created his own successful construction business that was growing faster than he could keep up with. After building multiple houses by himself, he knew he couldn’t keep working alone forever. Meanwhile, Tim Nadeau, was also learning the ropes working for other contractors until venturing out on his own. Tim ran his own company shortly after the recession of 2008, until he traded the hammer in for a pen and paper, to take on a sales position at a local building supply store. That is where the Tim’s met for the first time. One Tim on each side of the desk. Their working relationship turned into a friendship, that eventually turned into the business partnership that is Brookside Builders LLC.

With quality in mind, The Tim’s have set out to build high end custom homes at an affordable price. As owner/operators, they are hands on from beginning, middle, and end. Their unique blend of humor, knowledge, creativity, and a respect for their trade, combine to make for a building experience that can only be found at Brookside Builders LLC.
